C.B. Kaupp operates as an integrated team, dedicated to TQM concepts and individual committment to creating a finished product. Each production project begins with a planning meeting in which those who will actually perform the work review the prints, making comments and suggestions as to how we can best convert the prints into precision metal. Then they jointly plan and schedule the production process. Our goal is not merely to produce a product but to form a relationship with our customers by serving their needs on-spec, on-time and on-budget . . . every time.
