Positive Quality Control

As a part moves through the manufacturing process, each C.B. Kaupp associate assumes responsibility for their own operation. Each has been extensively trained in S.P.C. and TQM and all take part in the inspection process, checking the work and signing-off the operation as they proceed. The concept is to employ the minds and pride of our staff as well as their hands, and to solve problems rather than correct mistakes.
